Bryan Campbell has been a senior user experience researcher at Normal Modes UX & Usability for over 4 years and has more than 6 years of experience working with clients such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Hearst Corporation, Weatherford, and Fortinet. Bryan's specialties include user research design and behavioral data analysis.
Bryan first became fascinated with how people interacted with computers as an undergraduate at North Carolina State University. As his interest in Human Factors research grew, his professional trajectory led him to Rice University where he worked to investigate electronic voting system usability, web-based systems usability, human computer interaction, and human error.
At Normal Modes, Bryan coordinates the company's user research and usability testing activities. He's worked on projects for Weatherford, Fortinet, the VA, Acuity, Hearst, and HEB among others.
Bryan earned his B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University, a Master's in Psychology from Rice University, and his Ph.D. in Psychology (Human Factors) at Rice University.
